Review

I had such a good time with this one. I picked it up expecting a fun sci-fi romance, but I wasn’t expecting to get so attached to Kiem and Jainan. Watching them slowly learn to trust each other had me rooting for them the entire time, and I loved how every little moment between them felt earned. Add in the political intrigue, a murder mystery, and some genuinely sweet romance, and this ended up being one of those books I couldn’t stop thinking about after I finished it.
